  • How does it work?
    All you need to do is tap the top part of your phone to the band. The band uses a technology to instantly connect with your device. When your phone makes contact with the band, it will trigger a quick exchange of information that links you to the user’s social media account. Once the connection is made, you can easily view their profile, follow them, or interact with their content, all without having to manually search for them online. It's a fast, convenient way to share your social media with others!
  • How can I link my Instagram?
    Yes! When you purchase the band, you’ll be prompted to provide your social media username, including your Instagram handle (or any other social media account you'd like to link). Simply enter your @username for each platform during checkout, and the band will be pre-configured to connect to all your accounts. When you tap your phone to the band, it will automatically direct people to your social media profile, making it easy to share your online presence with others.
  • How can I become an Ambassador?
    Becoming a brand ambassador is simple! To get started, just fill out our Ambassador Application Form on our website. Once you’ve submitted the form, we’ll review your details and, if selected, you'll receive your own unique referral code. Share your code with your followers, and for every purchase made using your code, you'll earn special perks like discounts, exclusive products, and other exciting rewards. It’s a great way to connect with others and be rewarded for spreading the word about our brand!
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
